I had indicated earlier this week that former UW-Whitewater wide receiver Jake Kumerow was "raising" eyebrows" during the first few days of Cincinnati Bengals training camp. Reports out of camp that the former All-American has made a handful of spectacular catches that have impressed fans at he Bengal's training camp site adjacent to Paul Brown Stadium.
SB Nation's Rebecca Toback spoke with the Bengals free agent wide receiver earlier this week. The 2014 D3football.com Offensive "Player of the Year" is one of the team's undrafted players looking to earn a roster spot with the team this season. Kumerow has shown flashes in training camp and is ready to prove why a D-III prospect can make it in the NFL.
