The UW-Whitewater football program is again in familiar territory. The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's sports information directors and football coaches have tabbed the Warhawks to capture the WIAC championship for a 10th time in the last 11 years. UW-Whitewater leads conference football programs with 34 WIAC/WSUC titles in conference history.
The Warhawks enter the season on a 34 game win streak, the longest current streak in all of college football.
The two-time defending NCAA III national champions are scheduled to report for training camp August 22nd. They'll open the season at Bellhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi on September 12th.
